Meet Taylor...
Taylor is a functional practitioner that helps high performing women resolve gut dysfunction through high-level health strategy that leads to LASTING wellness!
Taylor is a Texas native who is living in Colorado with her husband, two kids and dog. She enjoys time with family and friends, the outdoors and reading. She is a functional practitioner with a background as a board certified family nurse practitioner. Taylor has worked in multiple areas of traditional healthcare for 12 years and understands the benefits, shortcomings and challenges.
While working in traditional medicine, she noticed that many people simply would not respond to medication treatment or experienced side effects that led to discontinuation of medications. She couldn’t shake the feeling that she wasn’t identifying and treating the root cause of the health conditions; just putting a Band-Aid on the symptoms.
This is what inspired her to start a new career as a functional practitioner. Taylor is a lifelong learner who has really enjoyed learning more about alternative ways to care for conditions that don’t require medications. She is passionate about helping women achieve lasting wellness through her five pillars of health- The Mod Method™. Through these five pillars, Taylor believes that her clients can become a healthier version of themselves and help their family and friends do the same!
